Our mission is to empower healthcare professionals with the tools they need to deliver better patient outcomes. We're looking for experienced methadone nurses who understand the unique workflows of addiction treatment and can help implement and optimize EHR systems in real-world clinic settings.
Responsibilities
- Support and advise on EHR Implementation at methadone clinics.
- Collaborate with clients to assess their needs and develop tailored implementation plans for our healthcare solutions.
- Provide training and support to healthcare staff on the use of our systems, ensuring they are equipped to utilize all features effectively.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of medical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Conduct thorough reviews of medical records and documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clinical staff, IT teams, and management, to ensure seamless implementation processes.
- Analyze client feedback post-implementation to identify areas for improvement and provide ongoing support as needed.
- Assist in user training for nursing and support staff.
- Work closely with our tech team to flag workflow gaps and suggest enhancements.
- Be the clinical voice in our implementation team, especially for addiction services and MAT programs.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of patient care processes and healthcare operations.
- Proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and nursing practices.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance standards related to medical documentation.
- Experience with medical records management and documentation best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role is integral to ensuring that our clients achieve their goals through effective implementation of our healthcare solutions while maintaining high standards of patient care and compliance.
Requirements:
- Must be licensed RN or LPN based in the United States.
- Experience working in a methadone clinic or MAT program is required
