The role
The Operations Business Analyst turns data into clear, daily, and mid‑term tactical decisions. You’ll help structure ad‑hoc processes into repeatable SOPs, assist the Operations Director with Interdepartmental projects, and surface business insights that improve execution across Operations sub-departments.
Primary Responsibilities
- Project Support – Partner with the Ops. Director and Ops. Managers on scoped initiatives with timelines, owners, and measurable outcomes.
- Process Standardization – Map ad‑hoc workflows, draft SOPs/templates, and help teams adopt them. These processes will become the foundations of different AI agents.
- Analytics & Insights – Assist with on-demand reporting and decision‑ready recommendations for daily and mid‑term tactics.
- KPI & Performance Reporting – Build and maintain a weekly cross‑functional KPI pack for Ops sub‑departments.
- Executive & Stakeholder Decks – Partner with the Director, Operations to craft concise, data‑backed presentations that communicate project status and strategy within Operations and to cross‑functional/executive audience.
Desired Qualifications
- 2–4+ years in Business/Operations/BI analytics (e‑commerce preferred).
- Autodidact: learns tools and domains quickly; proactive problem solver.
- Data analysis mindset: hypothesis‑driven, structured, and succinct storytelling.
- Excel: advanced (modeling, Power Query/Pivot, complex formulas).
- Process: Experience drafting SOPs; exposure to ERPs/WMS is a plus.
- Power BI and Programming: knowledge is a plus.
- Domain: Amazon Seller/e‑commerce knowledge is a plus.
- Communication: English—high proficiency.
Workplace Arrangement
In-person collaboration is key to GOJA’s culture. This role is hybrid, with three days per week at our Miami Office.
