Ultra Homes is hiring a Sales Representative for a Model Home in Hillsboro, TX. The on-site New Home Sales Representative reports to the CEO of the company and is responsible for optimizing new home sales and managing customer experience. This role requires managing the day-to-day activities of running a sales office and direct selling homes to buyers. No real estate experience is needed, but a professional and personable demeanor is required. Communication via cell phone with email and text capabilities is necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years previous sales experience required.
- Must be able to work weekends.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Learn Builder’s online program for Design Center.
- Complete any administrative tasks needed for sales, including contracts.
- Generate leads using social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok and work with Ultra Homes Online Marketing Team and Website.
- Answer prospective homebuyers’ questions, show available homes, and explain new home building plans for prospective homebuyers.
- Maintain pleasant and always accommodating attitude with customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilizes sales and marketing resources to achieve/exceed the sales and closing goals for community.
- Keep the model home in orderly condition and sidewalk/porches as needed.
- Complete registration forms for each prospect.
- Actively tours prospective customers through the model home, speculative homes, and lots to familiarize them with the community layout.
- Schedule Design Center appointments and complete selections for homebuyers.
- Teams with the Project Manager to finalize homes and schedule closings.
- Participate in sales meetings and training at corporate office monthly.
- Performs other projects and related duties as assigned.
- Ensures compliance with all company, state, and federal laws and regulations.
