We’re looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative to support our clients and ensure they receive quick, professional, and helpful service.
What You’ll Do
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from clients
- Provide accurate information about Nuvant’s services
- Resolve issues or escalate them to the right department
- Document all client interactions in the CRM system
- Follow up with clients to confirm resolution and satisfaction
- Share feedback and trends with internal teams to improve processes
What You’ll Bring
- 1–2 years of customer service, call center, or client support experience
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work from home
