Duties andResponsibilities (but not limited to):
· Review and Revision of Production Standards and Condition Management Documents:
Verify and update production standards and condition management documents as needed.
· Management of Mass Production Quality Index and Improvement Plan:
Establish improvement plans for the quality index of mass-produced products and monitor implementation status.
· Equipment and Mold Improvement Planning and Implementation Monitoring:
Develop and track the implementation of improvement plans for equipment and molds and evaluate their effectiveness.
· Worker Skill Training Plan, Evaluation Results, and Deployment Status:
Verify the planning, evaluation, and current deployment status of worker skill training.
· Equipment Maintenance Planning and Implementation Monitoring, Equipment Efficiency:
Develop and monitor equipment maintenance plans and check equipment efficiently.
· Production Equipment Maintenance Activities and Spare Parts Supply Planning:
Manage maintenance activities for production equipment and the supply plan for spare parts.
· Monthly Key Performance Indicators Management:
Manage key performance indicators such as utilization rate, failure rate, and preventive maintenance rate monthly.
· Testing and Result Verification for New Technologies and Materials:
Conduct tests and verify results for the application of new technologies, such as new processes and materials.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing or engineering (2+ years of relevant experience preferred).
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
· Extensive knowledge of production processes, standards, and regulations.
· Analytical skills and problem-solving skills for addressing production issues.
· Proficient in technology and equipment used in environmental inspections.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
· Must have the highest level of confidentiality
· Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to travel domestic US and /or international if needed.
- May be required to wear safety Personal Protective Equipment for eyes, face, head, feet, hearing, hands and arms.
Additional Requirements:
· Newnan, GA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
