The Team You’ll Work With …
As the Lifecycle & Trade Marketing Specialist, you will work directly with our talented Marketing team and require proactive analytical thinking, collaboration with sales teams, and consistent contributions toward enhancing customer engagement, retention, and overall program effectiveness.. The Lifecycle & Trade Marketing Specialist will execute and optimize Fireclay’s email marketing and lifecycle initiatives, driving growth and adoption of the Trade Rewards Program. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing and is Remote/Hybrid. This is a full-time salary position and pays $75K–$85K (Depending on experience).
The opportunities you will have …
- Execute comprehensive email marketing campaigns and lifecycle automations, managing from setup through performance analysis and optimization.
- Drive adoption, engagement, and retention in the Trade Rewards Program, proactively proposing enhancements to increase loyalty tier progression.
- Collaborate actively with sales teams on digital and in-market initiatives to engage trade audiences and drive showroom traffic; contributing to increasing sales over the long term.
- Own performance tracking, regularly analyzing email and trade program data to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Provide clear, consistent performance reporting to stakeholders, ensuring insights translate into strategic actions.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives by developing effective marketing strategies that expand our reach across various digital channels.

About You …
- 3–5 years of relevant experience executing lifecycle marketing, CRM, and email campaigns with proven analytical and optimization abilities.
- Experience in driving adoption and engagement in loyalty or trade-focused rewards programs.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, particularly with sales and cross-functional teams.
- Proficient with analytics and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, etc.).
- A passion for building brand awareness and fostering strong client relationships through innovative marketing communications.
- Proficiency in utilizing and training on AI-powered tools and platforms to enhance productivity and decision-making is preferred.
