Position Summary:
The Marketing Analytics & Social Media Coordinator is responsible for managing and expanding Signature’s marketing performance reporting across both B2C (consumer-facing) and B2B (advisor-facing) channels. This role oversees the preparation and delivery of marketing performance insights for internal teams and external partners, ensuring data accuracy, timely reporting, and actionable recommendations.
The Coordinator will also manage the execution and ongoing development of the social media program, driving engagement, recognition, and collaboration across the Signature network. This role will manage and identify opportunities to enhance the technology and infrastructure required for the success of these programs, along with accurate and comprehensive marketing reporting across all marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Analytics & Reporting
- Manage email, web, and DM performance reporting, including compiling results, analyzing trends, and benchmarking across relevant peer sets and industry metrics.
- Prepare internal monthly marketing performance reports with actionable takeaways for the Marketing Team, contributing to the development and execution of marketing strategies.
- Prepare quarterly partner marketing performance reports, ensuring timely delivery and clear, partner-friendly insights.
- Serve as first-line support for marketing analytics-related questions from internal teams, members, and partners, escalating strategic or complex inquiries to the Director of Marketing Analytics.
- Maintain and update data dashboards for key marketing metrics to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability.
- Identify and report any issues with reporting functionality, proactively working to resolve them.
- Liaise with web developers on digital marketing and reporting enhancements, including:
- Drafting new technical requests with an understanding of platform capabilities and marketing needs.
- Responding timely to questions on open tickets and attending meetings after hours as needed.
- Implement, maintain, and enhance configurations for Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4) across all Signature-owned domains.
- Support ongoing evaluation of trends, benchmarks, and integration of emerging technologies including AI-based tools to enhance analytics and optimize data analysis workflows.
Social Media Program & Training
- Orchestrate all elements of the social media program, including the creation and updating of training materials, content calendars, and engagement tracking.
- Manage performance reporting, including compiling results, analyzing trends and delivering insights to key stakeholders.
- Coordinate the identification and announcement of prize winners.
- Conduct research on emerging social media trends and best practices to support strategy development and content optimization.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend strategies to enhance program reach, engagement, and effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for partner spotlights and develop case studies to showcase program successes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing analytics, social media management, or related roles (internship experience considered).
- Proficiency with GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio (or similar reporting/visualization tools).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data in a clear and actionable way.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of current social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
