Overview
We’re hiring high-performance sales closers to handle inbound leads for high-ticket programs. These aren’t cold calls or lukewarm prospects. These are hot leads, buyers who’ve already shown interest and just need the right person to walk them through the decision.
We need closers who know how to communicate with confidence, build trust quickly, and close deals consistently. If you're someone who lives for the thrill of the close, thrives in fast-paced environments, and understands that sales and persuasion sit at the top of the income ladder then this is your shot.
Responsibilities
- Engage in outbound calling and warm calling to potential clients to promote ticket sales.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain customer relationships.
- Conduct B2B sales demos to establish partnerships with businesses.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Leverage technology sales techniques to effectively communicate the value of our offerings.
- Taking pre-qualified inbound calls from warm-to-hot leads
- Listening deeply to identify needs, objections, and buying signals
- Walking prospects through high-value offers with clarity and integrity
- Using proven sales frameworks (we’ll train you)
- Logging calls, follow-ups, and conversions in our CRM
- Working remotely or from one of our Boston, MA office (your choice)
Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience (high ticket or commission-based sales preferred)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and High Level is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Background in customer service with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Experience in business development or marketing is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to outbound calling and lead generation efforts.
