Responsibilities
- Support sales team members by handling administrative tasks and coordinating schedules.
- Respond to inbound inquiries from potential clients via phone, email, and online channels.
- Update and maintain accurate lead and customer information in our CRM system.
- Assist with follow-ups, tracking, and reporting on sales activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth sales operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, detail-focused, and comfortable with CRM software and online tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred (Not Required):
- Previous experience in sales support, administrative work, or customer service.
