Job Summary (Business Process Analyst - JM Family, Jacksonville, FL)

Support digital transformation by eliciting, analyzing, and documenting current business processes and workflows.
Facilitate discovery and design of cross-functional processes, defining both current and future states.
Analyze and trace processes, procedures, and metadata to business needs, pain points, and use cases.
Identify and suggest process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency, speed, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with technology and business stakeholders.
Provide expert consulting and guidance to business leaders, including developing analyses, metrics, and research.
Use modeling tools (Visio BPMN) and standards (ANSI, BPMN) to document business processes.
Bridge gaps between business strategy, enterprise architecture, and processes.
Translate technical concepts and complex processes into business-friendly language.
Exhibit strong organizational, analytical, communication, and technical writing skills.
Demonstrate consultative skills, self-direction, initiative, and professionalism.
Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, Power Automate, supply chain/warehouse analysis.
Must have: Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher, BPM, CBAP, or PMP credentials.
