Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Pre-Arrival Caller to join our team for a resort located in FL. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience. As a Pre-Arrival Concierge, you will call guests scheduled to arrive at our resort and engage in dialogue that includes booking them to attend timeshare presentation once on property.
Responsibilities
- Make pre- and post-arrival telemarketing calls while offering elevated concierge services to all arriving guests.
- Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.
- Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
- Ensure that all guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements.
Requirements
- Enjoy talking on the phone and/or interacting with guests in person
- Bold persuasion skills
- Computer skills
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Concierge, telemarketing and/or sales experience preferred
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Knowledge of restaurant offerings and local attractions to assist guests with recommendations.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive guest relations.
- A passion for providing outstanding guest services and creating memorable experiences for all visitors.
