Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Brand & Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across multiple restaurant brands. This role is responsible for managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, planning and scheduling posts, coordinating events, and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
THIS ROLE IS Approx 25 - 30 Hours Per Week
Key Responsibilities:Social Media & Content Creation:
- Develop and execute a social media content calendar across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Create high-quality, engaging content, including photos, videos, and copywriting that aligns with each brand’s identity.
- Monitor engagement, respond to customer inquiries, and manage online reputation.
- Track social media analytics and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
Event Management & Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute brand activations, pop-ups, and community events.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to promote events and increase brand presence.
- Develop marketing campaigns to support sales, promotions, and new product launches.
- Collaborate with vendors, influencers, and community organizations to enhance brand visibility.
Brand Strategy & Growth:
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all digital and print materials.
- Identify trends, competitors, and opportunities to keep the brand relevant and innovative.
- Work with leadership to develop strategic partnerships and collaborations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and event planning.
- Strong writing, photography, and basic graphic design skills.
- Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Later, Canva, Meta Business Suite).
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Passion for the food and hospitality industry is a plus.
