Merchant Row is a Philadelphia-based outsourced sales firm built to run bespoke campaigns for high-growth industries. We’re currently expanding our telecom division with America’s #1 wireless provider and looking for an Account Executive to join the team.
This is a face-to-face B2B role where you’ll work directly with small and mid-sized business owners across Philadelphia, helping them stay connected and competitive with tailored telecom solutions. What You’ll Do
- Prospect and meet with business owners and decision-makers in person.
- Present tailored telecom solutions that solve client challenges.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospect → present → close → onboard.
- Build and maintain a portfolio of clients while spotting upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to refine strategy and sharpen execution.
- Track activity and results — own your performance and outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in client-facing environments.
- Competitive or sports background preferred
- Target-driven, resilient, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up style environment.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required — we provide full training.
