Job Summary
As an integral member of Quility’s marketing team, the Marketing Associate will help bring our brand to life across social platforms and distribution channels. This role manages the deployment of engaging, high-impact social media content and optimizes the platforms used to execute our campaigns. In addition, the Marketing Associate serves as the first point of contact for inbound creative requests — ensuring seamless coordination, timely delivery, and a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
Assist Head of Social Media in the development and deployment of omnichannel marketing campaigns, including organic and paid, to increase brand awareness and drive conversions. This includes but is not limited to copy writing, image capture, and collaborative content with graphic design and videography.
Social platform community management- IE: monitor and engage with comments, DMs, mentions daily, and escalating top priorities to manager.
Maintain outbound content calendar and scheduling through organic and paid platforms.
Collaborate with marketing departmental stakeholders, including sales and distribution, marketing operations, graphic design, content strategists, and videography, in the creative development process.
Coordinate on-site content capture as assigned for agent events. This includes but is not limited to photos, video snippets, live posts, and stories.
Communicate and coordinate campaigns in collaboration with agent influencers as assigned by Head of Social.
Support campaign reporting efforts as assigned, providing optimization strategies that are based on program metrics and industry trends.
Operate as the first point of contact for incoming marketing requests through email and support desk functions, providing a high level of customer service and quick resolution.
Participate in cross-functional teams for marketing and enterprise projects, as assigned.
Maintain streamlined 2-way communication with external stakeholders and escalate to appropriate parties.
Develop and maintain social and brand process guides and tools, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure adoption.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field — or an equivalent blend of education and hands-on experience.
Proven experience in content management, creative writing, and digital marketing, with a keen eye for engaging audiences.
Solid understanding of modern marketing principles, advertising practices, and brand stewardship.
Familiarity with marketing and marketing automation platforms or a willingness to quickly learn new tools.
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation abilities with a knack for translating ideas into compelling campaigns.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
