About the Job:
Odoo is looking for an enthusiastic and highly organized Event Coordinator to help bring our company culture to life. In this role, you'll plan and execute internal events that connect teams, celebrate wins, and foster belonging across our North American offices. From office celebrations to team offsites, you’ll create engaging, meaningful experiences that make Odoo a great place to work.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute in-person and virtual events across North America, including happy hours, trade shows, conferences, and internal company events
- Manage full event logistics: venue sourcing, vendor coordination, contract negotiation, budgeting, scheduling, and communications
- Maintain and prioritize the event calendar, making data-informed decisions on event opportunities and timing
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Ops to ensure events support pipeline goals, campaigns, and employee engagement
- Ensure brand consistency across all event materials, signage, swag, and experiences
- Coordinate with speakers, vendors, and external partners to support successful execution
- Track performance metrics, gather attendee feedback, and support post-event ROI reporting
- Contribute to improving internal planning processes, templates, and event playbooks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of professional experience, ideally in events, hospitality, or a related field
- Experience supporting or executing events ranging from 10 to 100+ attendees
- Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple events and timelines
- Detail-oriented with a track record of delivering high-quality results
- Skilled at working cross-functionally and communicating with diverse stakeholders
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Excellent time management and follow-through
- Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable

The salary range for this role is $55,000-$65,000. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
