Job Summary:
Partners with sales team members to provide service, support, and resolve territory issues. Provides the sales team with assistance, including territory maintenance, ensuring data integrity, and scaling initiatives.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Provides service and support to customer territories, including creating accounts, providing sample copies, granting access to instructor resources, preparing pricing exceptions, and CRM tracking.
- Serves as an ambassador to internal and external customers; partners with sales team members to resolve external customer issues.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer success team to ensure there is a focus on revenue growing activities. Work includes problem solving of order and technical issues. Researching of information, such as pricing, ISBNs, office hours and instructor resources, setting up various digital accounts, adding instructors to Salesloft cadences, submitting price discounts, submitting exceptions, among other tasks the LTR/CSR need support with.
- Work with cross-functional teams to scale sales initiatives. Activities can range from data research and maintenance, scaling communication networks and assisting in the triage and resolution of issues.

Full-time (40 hours per week)
1 year contract (renews annually)
Remote (one week of in-person meetings per year)
Salary: $25-$30 an hour
