Our Client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Business Development Analyst to enhance and support their sales operations by managing the full lifecycle of potential and newly acquired clients. This role plays a vital part in the sales cycle—from prospecting and pre-call screening to organizing financial data and helping craft scalable sales strategies.
You will act as a key liaison between prospects, internal teams, and leadership, ensuring each client interaction is smooth, data-driven, and consistently executed. If you're analytical, precise, and thrive on creating structure and clarity, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do
- Qualify and Advance Prospects: You'll lead initial screenings to assess net worth, liquidity, and strategic fit—ensuring only high-quality prospects move forward. You'll own the CRM pipeline, track revenue projections, and keep everything moving with clarity and precision.
- Support High-Stakes Sales Conversations: You'll join sales calls with executives to capture detailed notes, define next steps, and drive flawless follow-up. You'll also analyze past calls, refine scripts, and present improvements directly to the CEO.
- Grow the Prospect Pipeline: You'll identify and nurture relationships with referral partners—expanding our reach and driving sustainable lead generation.
- Own Onboarding Excellence: You'll ensure new clients have a smooth, white-glove onboarding experience—from answering Engagement Letter questions to preparing standardized financial summaries for the team.
- Maintain Sales Discipline: From SOP adherence to CRM hygiene, you'll bring consistency and structure to a fast-moving sales function.
- Turn Documents Into Insight: As new financial materials are uploaded, you'll organize and distill them into executive-ready formats—helping turn raw data into strategic action.
- Build Repeatable Sales Infrastructure: You'll help reduce reliance on any single executive by building scalable systems—codifying what works and shaping a sales process others can replicate.
What We're Looking For:
- Sharp Analytical Skills: You catch the small stuff that others miss. Precision matters to you, whether it's reconciling data or preparing reports that stand up to scrutiny.
- Industry Experience: You've worked in financial services or professional services—ideally within an RIA—and understand the pace, pressure, and professionalism those environments demand. You also bring at least 2 years of experience in sales operations, business development, or client success roles in a high-performance team.
- Tech-Savvy & Systems-Oriented: You're fluent in tools like Redtail or Salesforce and understand how to operationalize a data-driven sales process to drive results.
- Executive Presence: You're confident and clear when communicating with high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and senior executives. You know how to build trust quickly and hold your own in high-stakes conversations.
- Bias Toward Action: You don't wait to be told what to do. You thrive in dynamic environments, juggle multiple priorities with ease, and show up ready to move things forward. You've built or scaled sales programs, partnership initiatives, or channel strategies—and have the results to show for it.
- Educational Foundation: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field that prepared you to work at the intersection of strategy and execution.
