We’re building our remote team and seeking part-time Customer Account Advisors. In this role, you’ll connect with clients, learn about their needs, and guide them toward solutions that fit. You’ll be the friendly contact people rely on when they want clear answers and ongoing support.
What You’ll Do
- Reach out to clients and set up calls to understand their goals
- Ask the right questions to uncover what matters most to them
- Recommend options and walk clients through the process step by step
- Make sure clients feel supported through regular check-ins
- Share insights from conversations to help the team improve services
What We’re Looking For
- Great communication skills and a natural ability to build trust
- Organized and comfortable managing multiple conversations remotely
- Self-motivated with reliable follow-through
- Experience in customer-facing work or sales is helpful, but we’re open to training motivated people
