About Us
She Reigns Creative is a boutique digital marketing agency helping coaches, course creators, network marketers, and online businesses grow with data-driven strategies and creative that converts. We’ve grown 50% in the last three months by embracing innovation, AI, and a unique service model that delivers big results for small business budgets.
We’re building something different: an all-in-one marketing system for small businesses starting at $970/month. To succeed at scale, we run lean, leverage AI, and structure our work around client pods supported by specialists. That’s where you come in.
About The Role
As a Digital Marketing Account Strategist, you’ll serve as the brains on client accounts. Instead of doing every task yourself, you’ll lead a small pod of overseas creatives (graphic designer, video editor, reporting assistant), while collaborating with our Creative Director, Paid Media Director, AI Director, and Operations team.
Your job is to:
- Own client strategy and be the main point of contact.
- Write conversion-focused copy for email campaigns, blogs, social posts, and ad campaigns.
- Launch, monitor, and maintain paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and/or TikTok, with the help of a paid media assistant, ensuring campaigns are set up correctly, monitored for performance, and optimized for ROI.
- Guide and direct your creative team (designer, video editor, reporting assistant) to produce graphics, videos, and other marketing assets based on the strategies and copy you’ve developed.
- Review and refine content so it matches client voice and goals.
- Set up and optimize campaigns in digital marketing tools like HighLevel (GHL), Kajabi, or similar CRMs.
- Monitor performance, track hours, and flag clients who fall outside scope.
- Innovate with us by adopting new AI workflows for ad uploads, content prompts, and performance analysis.
Average workload is 5–8 hrs per client per month. Some clients may require less. You’ll start with ~5 clients and can grow to 10–20 clients per month based on your availability and performance. Pay is $160/client/month, averaging about $20/hr.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience (agency, freelance, or in-house).
- Strong copywriter able to produce compelling, on-brand messaging for multiple platforms.
- Experienced with digital marketing tools and CRMs such as HighLevel (GHL), Kajabi, or HubSpot.
- Strong strategist with experience across paid ads (Meta + Google required), organic, email, and funnel development.
- Skilled at messaging alignment and creative direction (not just execution).
- Comfortable leading client calls, reviewing reports, and presenting results clearly.
- Proactive, efficient, and excited to leverage AI + offshore support to maximize impact.
Why Join Us
- Be part of an agency that’s growing fast and innovating with AI while others are shrinking.
- Lead your own pod of 10–20 clients with full support from leadership and creative assistants.
- Collaborate with a team that values efficiency, creativity, and performance.
- Shape the future of small business marketing with scalable, AI-driven strategies.
- Remote, flexible role with room to grow into specialized pod leadership (healthcare, legal, home services, etc.).
