Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Finance Analyst in Miami, FL. As a Corporate Finance Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting the company’s financial operations, providing insights to senior leadership, and helping drive business performance through robust financial planning, reporting, and analysis as well as strategic initiatives, such as M&A and financings. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in finance who are looking to take the next step in a high-impact environment. Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports on loan performance, portfolio metrics, and operating results
- Support the annual budget and rolling forecast
- Help monitor and optimize KPIs related to loan production, revenue, funding, and expenses
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate lending performance, capital efficiency, and profitability across loan products
- Perform variance and trend analysis to explain key financial movements and identify risks/opportunities
- Collaborate with the accounting, capital markets, operations, and servicing teams to gather and analyze key financial data
- Assist in preparing monthly performance dashboards, lender reporting, and investor materials
- Partner with senior finance leadership on ad-hoc analysis, strategic initiatives, and process improvement efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, real estate finance, or FP&A
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow modeling
- Experience working with large datasets and drawing actionable insights
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with real estate, lending, or structured finance is a plus, but not required
