We’re a fast-growing e-commerce brand with a focus on beautiful, intentional design. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and creative team member who can blend graphic design with marketing execution. This role is perfect for someone who loves both the creative and the analytical side of marketing — from designing email and ad graphics to scheduling campaigns and reviewing performance metrics.
What You’ll Do
- Design visually engaging graphics for emails, ads, and social campaigns that align with our brand aesthetic
- Build and schedule email campaigns in Klaviyo (design, copy layout, links, testing)
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reports with insights & recommendations
- Create ad graphics (Meta, TikTok, etc.) that drive clicks and conversions
- Collaborate on campaign ideas and translate concepts into effective visuals
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets
- Stay current with design and marketing trends to bring fresh ideas
What We’re Looking For
- Experience or Education in marketing, graphic design, or a related role
- Part-time
- Strong design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo
- Familiarity with paid ad platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) a plus
- Analytical mindset — comfortable reviewing and interpreting campaign metrics
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- A creative problem-solver who can balance aesthetics with performance
