About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team in Oklahoma City. The Sales Operations Analyst will play a key role in strengthening our GTM engine by supporting the execution of sales policies and commission processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and operational efficiency across the sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the administration of sales commission plans, including data entry, tracking, and reporting.
- Partner with Finance and Sales leadership on modeling and monthly payout calculations.
- Support the implementation and enforcement of sales policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update sales performance data using Excel and other reporting tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate commission payouts.
- Respond to inquiries from the Sales team regarding commission calculations and policy clarifications.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Interest in developing a career in Revenue Operations or Sales Strategy.
Reporting Structure
This role reports directly to the Director of Revenue Operations – Policies, Commissions and Incentives.
