Location: Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida (In Field)

Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000 Annually (DOE) with commission

Job Overview:
My Shop Technologies is seeking motivated and driven Outside Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This role is a boots-on-the-ground position focused on building relationships and selling restaurant technology solutions directly to restaurants. You’ll receive comprehensive training in North Miami, Florida, before hitting the field in your designated territory. We are looking for individuals with experience in tech sales or restaurant technology sales who can bring energy, resilience, and a proven ability to close deals.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Training: $25/hour (one week in North Miami, FL)
- Travel Reimbursement: Annual travel reimbursement
- Stock Options: Available as part of long-term benefits
- Full-Time, Remote/Field-Based Position
Training & Expectations:
- 1 week of onsite training in North Miami, Florida (5 days)
- Goal: By the end of Week 2, you should have closed your first sale or have one near completion
- Ongoing Support: Continued mentorship and sales support provided
Responsibilities:
- Go door-to-door meeting restaurant owners and decision-makers
- Present and demonstrate My Shop Technologies’ solutions with confidence
- Develop and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
- Meet and exceed sales goals and targets
- Report weekly activity, leads, and progress to management
- Represent the company professionally and build strong customer relationships
Qualifications:
- Comfortable with an outside, field-based sales role
- Proven experience in tech sales or restaurant technology sales (required)
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Resilient, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Ability to travel within assigned territory
