Are you passionate about building relationships, helping customers succeed, and driving growth? We’re looking for a
Customer Success Assistant who thrives at the intersection of client support and revenue expansion. In this role, you’ll be the go-to partner for a portfolio of clients—helping them realize the full value of our product while identifying opportunities for upsells, renewals, and long-term retention.
This isn’t just support—it’s about becoming a trusted advisor, guiding strategic conversations, and driving measurable outcomes for both the customer and the business.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor
- Proactively engage customers to ensure satisfaction, product adoption, and strong ROI
- Spot growth opportunities (upsells, add-ons, feature upgrades) and partner with Sales to close
- Lead renewal discussions with a focus on retention and long-term value
- Monitor customer health, usage data, and satisfaction scores to anticipate and address risks early
- Deliver onboarding, product training, and ongoing check-ins to maximize client success
- Partner with Product, Support, and Marketing teams to surface feedback and champion customer needs
- Maintain clear, accurate records of client interactions and pipeline activity in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
- Early career candidates (0–3 years) with experience in customer-facing or relationship-driven roles
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable engaging with decision-makers
- Consultative, value-driven mindset with an ability to spot opportunities for growth
- Goal-oriented, motivated by KPIs tied to retention and revenue outcomes
- Familiarity with CRM or customer success platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, etc.)
- Bonus: experience in SaaS, tech, or subscription-based business models
