Part-Time Drafter & 3D Rendering Specialist (Custom Upholstered Furniture)
Rate: $23–25/hour (based on experience)
We are Blind Stitch, a high-end drapery and upholstery workroom serving top interior designers across South Florida and beyond. Our specialty is creating one-of-a-kind custom upholstered furniture, drapery, and automated shading solutions that blend craftsmanship with modern design.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Drafter & 3D Rendering Specialist to join our team part-time. This role is perfect for someone with an eye for design, precision, and a passion for bringing concepts to life.
What You’ll Do:
- Create detailed shop drawings and technical plans for custom upholstered furniture pieces.
- Produce high-quality 3D renderings to help clients visualize finished designs.
- Collaborate with our design and production teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Translate designer sketches and ideas into professional, build-ready plans.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong 3D rendering skills
- Understanding of furniture construction and upholstery is a big plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Availability for part-time, flexible scheduling.
