Marketing Specialist
About the Role
RingLogix is looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to help fuel our growing content engine. You’ll work across all RingLogix business ventures, while also supporting broader company initiatives for RingLogix.
This role is perfect for someone who can create and manage content across formats—blogs, emails, press releases, social posts, video scripts, and more—while keeping projects moving inside HubSpot through implementation and utilizing other marketing tools. You’ll be part of a collaborative team where flexibility, creativity, and task ownership matter most.
What You’ll Do
Content Creation
- Write and edit blog posts, press releases, newsletters, and general marketing/sales emails.
- Draft scripts and outlines for video and webinar content.
- Repurpose existing content into multiple formats.
- Write go to market campaign content
- Work with team members to create white papers, case studies, testimonials, eBooks and other takeaways
Content Management, SEO & Campaigns, Sales Sequences
- Optimize content for SEO. Including on-page, off-page, technical, voice, video, and AEO.
- Create product video scripts and story boards.
- Manage blog publishing and content performance tracking in HubSpot.
- Create, manage, and launch multimedia campaigns in and out of HubSpot, including email sends, workflows, sequences, and reporting.
- Use tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Search Console to guide strategy.
- Help create, manage, and test sales sequences in HubSpot.
Social Media & Visuals
- Create and schedule posts across major social platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X.
- Use Canva (or similar tools) for simple image editing, resizing, and basic graphics.
- Collaborate on creative ideas and generate supporting visuals when needed.
Marketing Operations & HubSpot Implementation
- Build, test, and manage workflows, sequences, and automations in HubSpot Marketing Hub.
- Support CRM-based tasks and ensure alignment with Sales.
- Assist with HubSpot implementation projects to optimize how the platform is used.
- Track and report on campaign performance.
Collaboration & Task Ownership
- Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and the broader team to prioritize projects and build strategies.
- Take initiative in managing your own tasks and deadlines.
- Communicate clearly in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment.
What You Bring
- Strong content background: writing, editing, storytelling across formats.
- HubSpot Marketing Hub expertise (content, campaigns, automation, workflows, sequences, CRM knowledge required).
- Basic design skills (Canva-level: simple graphics, image resizing, light visual editing).
- Familiarity with SEO and content tools (SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console).
- Experience with email marketing (newsletters, nurture sequences, sales sequences, one-off campaigns).
- Experience with campaign automation and HubSpot implementation.
- Social media content management across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X.
- A team-first attitude, excellent communication, and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
- Task ownership and the ability to manage priorities independently.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with SaaS, telecom, or MSP industries.
- Comfort with very light video editing (cutting clips, adding captions, etc.).

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
