We're looking for a Technical Product Manager with deep expertise in exchange-traded derivatives (options and futures) , strong knowledge of Fidessa OMS , and experience working with FIX messaging protocols .
In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of trading desks, engineering, and external partners to shape and deliver best-in-class solutions for listed derivatives trading. You’ll help drive the roadmap, streamline workflows, and support mission-critical trading infrastructure. 🔍 What You’ll Do
• Own and evolve the product roadmap for options and futures trading workflows
• Collaborate with trading, technology, and external brokers/exchanges to define and deliver features
• Manage and enhance connectivity via Fidessa OMS and FIX protocol
• Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories
• Lead integration projects, drive UAT, and support production rollouts
• Monitor market structure and regulatory changes impacting listed derivatives ✅ What You’ll Bring
• 5+ years of experience in product management or trading systems roles within capital markets
• Strong working knowledge of Fidessa OMS and FIX messaging (order routing, drop copy, execution reports)
• Hands-on experience with options and futures trading
• Excellent communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience with agile development , Jira/Confluence, and UAT processes ⭐ Bonus Points For:
• Experience on the sell-side or buy-side with electronic trading systems
• Familiarity with market data , algos , or risk systems
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g. MiFID II, EMIR, CFTC)
