Job Title: Marketing Specialist II
Location: Remote (PST Hours)
Contract Duration: 12–36 months
Compensation: $40–$53 per hour (W-2)
Overview
An exciting contract opportunity is available for a Marketing Specialist II to support global marketing learning and development initiatives. This role will focus on advancing marketing excellence across the organization through training programs, workshops, and project management. The position is remote but requires alignment with Pacific Time (PST) working hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Competencies:
- Finalize and prepare materials for end-user utilization (PDFs, digital tools, etc.).
- Support rollout across the global organization and assist with data collection and analysis.
- Marketing Excellence Workshops:
- Contribute to the design, development, and execution of workshops that build marketing capabilities.
- Marketing Learning Academy:
- Assist with the design and initial development of a comprehensive curriculum of e-learning modules.
- Project Management:
- Schedule and lead meetings, document action items, and track project progress and timelines.
- Develop and execute communication plans to ensure alignment and transparency across teams.
- Content Development:
- Support the creation, strategic design, and proofing of learning and marketing content.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required; advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
- Proven success managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Experience working in a highly matrixed, global organization with excellent collaboration skills.
- Background in learning and development or instructional design is encouraged.
