The Opportunity
We are hiring an Investment Research Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early career professional who is passionate about investing, highly analytical, and eager to grow in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll gain exposure to equity and fixed income research, portfolio construction, and client-facing investment work while learning directly from senior advisors.
What You’ll Do
• Research equities and fixed income securities, including fundamentals, valuation, and sector analysis.
• Monitor market, economic, and geopolitical developments; provide concise takeaways to the team.
• Assist with portfolio analysis, performance tracking, and client-facing commentary.
• Prepare research notes, dashboards, and presentations for investment meetings and clients.
• Support partners on ad-hoc projects, from quarterly earnings to bond ladder construction.
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (recent grads encouraged).
• 0–2 years of experience (internships or entry-level roles welcome).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; Excel proficiency required.
• Excellent communication skills — able to clearly explain research findings.
• Curiosity, attention to detail, and passion for investing.
• Ability to thrive in a small, collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
• Interest in pursuing the CFA designation a plus.
