About the RoleWe're seeking a
focused, resilient, and tenacious Business Development Representative to help grow NCI's reach into new markets and accounts. In this role, you'll drive new business by identifying leads, opening doors, and building relationships-while communicating the value and safety of our trusted products.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage new prospects in the food service, beverage, hospitality, and grocery sectors
- Use phone, email, trade shows, and in-person visits to generate leads and book meetings
- Conduct discovery conversations to uncover needs and position NCI's products
- Build and maintain long-term relationships rooted in trust, product knowledge, and service
- Manage full sales cycle and address objections with product knowledge and confidence
- Travel up to 30% for trade shows, conferences, and customer site visits

What You Bring- 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with high initiative and reliability
- Industry experience in food safety or chemical sales (preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Must pass a background check and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation & Benefits- Base Salary: $100,000
- Commission: 10%-20% (Quota: $1M-$3M+)
