Position Overview
Armadillo is looking for an Inside Sales Representative responsible for sales of Armadillo’s home warranty plans to inbound leads - homeowners who call in or come to Armadillo’s website looking for a home warranty. You’ll be enabled by a state-of-the-art tech stack to engage via phone and digital to succeed in this role.
In this role, you will be working with homeowners, investors, existing customers and partners in the real estate ecosystem to offer the most innovative and customer-centric home warranty product in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Grow Armadillo’s sales through direct interaction with homeowners, investors and existing customers.
- Effectively convey our unique value propositions and handle objections.
- Ramp up on our service and the competitive environment.
- Leverage a suite of tech-driven tools to maximize efficiency and task completion. This includes extensive work with AI to supercharge the Sales Rep’s activities and impact.
- Always be ethical and trustworthy in the performance of your duties.
The Successful Candidate
- 2+ years sales experience - ideally in inside or remote sales.
- Track record of building quick rapport with prospects and customers.
- Passion to work in a start-up environment and to build something new. The ideal candidate understands the need to be scrappy and close deals.
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills - both verbal and written.
- High energy / high integrity.
