Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design principles and have experience in both residential and commercial projects. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for transforming spaces into aesthetically pleasing and functional environments that meet our clients' needs and preferences.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate to determine their design preferences, requirements, and budget constraints.
- Create detailed design plans using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
- Develop 3D models and renderings to visualize design concepts using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and 3ds Max.
- Prepare project documentation including contracts, specifications, and budgets.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other professionals involved in the renovation or construction process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies related to interior design.
- Provide guidance on lighting design and sales as part of the overall project execution.
Experience
- Proven experience in interior design with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
- Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Adobe Photoshop, Revit, 3ds Max, and Rhinoceros 3D.
- Knowledge of color theory, drafting techniques, construction processes, renovation practices, and lighting design principles.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
