Interior Design Manager
Base: 70-75K Dependent upon Experience with Bonus Potential of an additional 36K during first year

In this role, you’ll work closely with our residents to understand their vision, coordinate with contractors to keep projects on track, and ensure every step—from the first conversation to move-in day—is a wonderful experience. The Ideal Candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
· Experience working with Clients and Contractors in New Construction or Remodeling Setting
· Experience Coordinating Remodeling Project Details
· Experience working with Design Software Programs
· Ability to Manage Resident Move-In Process in coordination with construction end date
· Ability to establish rapport with Adults Age 62 and older
· Solid Understanding of the Luxury, Upscale Market
· Solid Understanding of the remodeling and renovation process
· Ability to deal with stressful situations with diplomacy
· Ability to project a polished, professional demeanor in client interactions
· Ability to attain high level results to meet or exceed client expectations
