Social Media Manager – Wound Management Specialists
Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee our online presence and strengthen our brand across all social platforms. This role is responsible for planning, creating, managing, and analyzing social media campaigns that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and support business growth. This is a collaborative, fast-paced environment where strategy, creativity, and follow-through are key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage and grow presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content including graphics, videos, reels, and stories.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with audiences to build strong community relationships.
- Track performance metrics, analyze campaign results, and generate regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, tools, and best practices to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, compliance, and operations) to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance optimization with social media platforms and Google.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in healthcare or professional services.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
- Experience with social advertising platforms and SEO tools (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Search, etc.).
- Creative mindset with ability to design and manage multimedia content (basic graphic design or Canva/Adobe Creative Suite skills preferred).
- Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or professional service industries.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and a keen interest in exploring how they can enhance marketing efforts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
