Job Title: Entry-level Business Analyst (Part-time)
Pay Rate: $30 to $36/HR
Duration: 6 months (Part-time - 20 Hours a Week)
Location: Tarrytown, NY (Remote, with occasional onsite collaboration in Tarrytown, NY)
Shift - (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
This position is for the Healthcare Diagnostics division.
We are looking for an Entry-level Business Analyst (Part-time)
- Supporting business analytics and business performance insights
- Tracking and updating action items for ongoing business programs.
- Strong analytical skills, project management expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful program outcomes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand program objectives, scope, and requirements.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize decision-making and resource allocation; identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement based on data analysis.
- Create regular reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing key findings, market opportunities, and recommended actions.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Power BI experience is a plus
- Experience leading projects and working with diverse stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders.
- Working experience in business performance analytics and business performance improvement initiatives.
