The Role:
The Application Developer has expertise in Microsoft’s ecosystem of tools to design, develop, and maintain scalable business applications and data solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power Automate, SQL Server, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Copilot, and other Microsoft cloud and data services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate workflows, integrate systems, and deliver data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop applications using Power Platform tools including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Build and manage scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using Azure Data Factory and SQL Server.
- Develop and maintain semantic models and dashboards in Microsoft Fabric.
- Create and integrate Copilot experiences using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform Copilot, and custom Copilot extensions.
- Automate business processes and workflows across departments using AI and low-code/no-code tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into intelligent, user-friendly solutions.
- Ensure applications meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
- Stay current with Microsoft’s evolving AI and cloud technologies, and proactively recommend enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in application development using Microsoft technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL, Azure Data Factory, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot tools and frameworks, including integration with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, data integration, and workflow automation.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, DP-500, AZ-204, AI-102).
- Experience with Copilot Studio, Dataverse, DAX, and M language.
- Knowledge of Azure AI services, OpenAI integration, and natural language interfaces.
- Experience with manufacturing ERP system like SAP, Syspro
