Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after onboarding, ensuring a positive and productive experience.
- Understand customer goals and provide guidance, training, and best practices to help them succeed.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone, delivering clear and friendly communication.
- Monitor customer accounts to identify areas of improvement, engagement opportunities, or potential issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams (support, sales, and product) to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to help improve product offerings and processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or support software.
- Support renewal and retention efforts by building trust and demonstrating ongoing value.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace.
