The Role
As a designer you will create visual concepts and deliverables across digital, print, social and email mediums. You will help to develop and maintain brand and campaign consistencies from initial layouts to final files. Working under the direction of Art Directors and senior Creatives, you will manage projects from start to finish as well as jump in to complete ongoing work. The Designer works closely with Copywriters and Production team members to complete projects with an attention to detail and adheres to project timelines.
What You'll Do
- Design a wide range of brand and campaign assets, including social graphics, digital ads, email templates, web pages, presentations, out-of-home, and print materials.
- Develop cohesive layouts and assets using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
- Prepare production-ready files for print and digital, adhering to vendor specifications and collaborating with cross-functional teams for smooth handoffs.
- Uphold brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- Create moodboards, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and integrate stakeholder feedback.
- Manage and organize asset libraries with clear naming conventions.
- Review vendor proofs and digital builds, ensuring quality control and compliance with accessibility best practices.
- Stay informed on design trends, technologies, and best practices to deliver fresh, effective creative solutions.
What You'll Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in an agency/in-house team
- A portfolio that showcases a strong sense of design and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Familiarity with online platforms like Canva and Adobe Express
- Comfortable with presentation software like Google Slides and PowerPoint
- Experience working with and expanding brand guidelines
- Collaborative mindset, excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to multitask
- Can-do mindset with an eagerness to keep learning
Bonus Points
- Motion and animation skills (After Effects),
- Illustration and photo retouching skills
Growth Path
We believe in homegrown talent and promoting from within. In this position you will learn under Art Directors and Creative Directors with regular reviews of your work and ongoing mentorship. Typical growth of the Designer position is to Senior Designer or into the Art Director path.
