Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support pharmaceutical manufacturing groups build and define core business processes. This role will focus on partnering with functional leaders to map business strategy, define key processes, and translate these into actionable digital requirements that can be implemented by the tech team.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business leaders to define and document current and future-state business processes.
- Translate high-level business strategy and operational goals into clear, structured process maps and business requirements.
- Capture and organize inputs from subject matter experts and ensure alignment across stakeholders within each vertical.
- Collaborate with digital and technical teams to translate process requirements into potential digital solutions or system capabilities.
- Develop clear process documentation, workflows, and requirement specifications using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Support process improvement initiatives by identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Serve as a liaison between business teams and the technology function to ensure mutual understanding and delivery alignment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in Business Analysis, Process Mapping, or Business Process Improvement.
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to guide leaders and SMEs through structured process definition.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable requirements.
- Experience with business process modelling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, ARIS, etc.).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Background in life sciences, manufacturing, or digital transformation projects is beneficial but not essential.
