Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Figma, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or related industries.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Basic understanding of SQL or data analysis.
