Requirements:
- More than 3 years of experience in the building materials and pipeline industry, international trade, sales order follow-up, or sales operations.
- Ability to develop a global and comprehensive vision of Central America and the Caribbean through direct visits to sales points.
- Development and implementation of sales strategies and agreements to expand market presence.
- Proven record of increasing territory sales, expanding customer resources (agents, distributors, end clients), and building long-term partnerships.
- Strong skills in developing, communicating, and negotiating with current and potential customers.
- Experience in building sustainable networks of Central America and Caribbean buyers from China.
- Excellent listening, presentation, and closing skills, with the ability to achieve results even in competitive markets.
- Availability for quarterly international trips.
- Knowledge of logistics activities related to export processes, including issuing logistic documents, commercial invoices, BL, packing list, certificates of origin, and sample shipments.
- Experience in brand introduction strategies and execution.
- Participation and organization of local and international fairs (e.g., Canton Fair in China, Costa Rica Fair, Dominican Republic Fair, Panama Fair, Guatemala Fair, El Salvador Fair).
- Fluent in English and/or Chinese as a working language.
