This position will work as part of our existing ITS Media team providing troubleshooting, maintenance, installation, and repair of Audio-Visual equipment and systems for classrooms and other supported university spaces. Specifically, the media associate will be expected to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair AV equipment and systems in classrooms and other supported spaces; Perform routine maintenance on AV systems and classroom equipment; Coordinate with other technical support teams and vendors to ensure timely resolution of technical issues; And effectively work with faculty and staff to train them on proper use of AV technology and systems. The following types of systems are expected to be supported by the successful candidate: Audio (Program and Speech, DSP-based systems); Projection and Display Devices; Source Control Devices; Custom Control Systems; Audio and Video Systems. Occasional evening and/or weekend work is required.
