Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related field).
- 1+ years of professional engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical assembly — preferably within medical device manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of process improvement and lean manufacturing principles.
- Familiarity with FDA-regulated environments, including quality systems and audit readiness.
- Experience with equipment setup, tooling/fixturing, and manufacturing line support.
- Ability to execute process changes and update work instructions while maintaining compliance with regulatory/quality systems.
- Knowledge of NCMRs (Non-Conformance Material Reports) and remediation activities.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with equipment and processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
