10+ years’ experience in working in IT services organization.
At least 8+ years of SQL DBA experience covering implementation, production support and project work.
At least 5+ years of exposure an L3/SME support role.
Knowledge and Understanding the ITIL process client facing role(s) globally for at least 5 years.
Excellent communication skillsOn call support for at least 5 years.
Excellent Documentations skills in MS SharePoint 2010 /2013
