Role Description
We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join Stelrix and contribute directly to building the first investment backed card. This role is designed for recent graduates or early career professionals who want to be part of a fintech company reshaping how people use their capital.
As a Finance Analyst you will move between finance, partnerships, and strategy while gaining exposure to both institutional partners and consumer facing initiatives. You will be trusted with projects that connect directly to some of the largest banks in the world and globally recognized brands in both payments and finance. The role also involves working side by side with our teams at partner establishments including banks, processors, and key financial collaborators. This is a rare chance to gain real experience in fintech and capital markets at a stage in your career where you will be expected to contribute meaningfully and grow quickly.
Responsibilities
Your work will range from researching financial markets and payments trends to supporting financial modeling and risk analysis for new initiatives. You will collaborate with the product and partnerships teams to evaluate the economics of rewards, perks, and sponsorships. You will help prepare materials for institutional partners, investors, and consumer brands and you will track performance metrics related to user growth, portfolio credit usage, and partner economics. The role is hands on and you will gain direct exposure to how financial strategy and partnerships operate inside Stelrix and across our ecosystem.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in finance(or in the process of), economics, accounting, or a related field is preferred but not required. Strong interest in fintech, capital markets, and the payments ecosystem is essential. You should be confident in your ability to learn quickly and contribute without hesitation. We want people who ask questions, who show initiative, and who can own their work while being supported by the team. Mistakes are acceptable when you learn from them, but insecurity or self doubt are not part of our culture. Curiosity, adaptability, and professionalism when working with sensitive partner and financial information are all required.
