Role Overview
Raven Music Partners is seeking a full-time Corporate Development / Investment Analyst or Associate based in New York City. The analyst or associate will join a lean, high-impact team and report directly to senior deal staff. The role spans all aspects of deal execution and portfolio management, including financial modeling, valuation, diligence, and strategic growth initiatives across the music and entertainment IP landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain detailed financial models for music catalog acquisitions and portfolio performance
- Conduct valuation and diligence analyses across publishing, recorded music, and royalty assets
- Research and track market trends, deal comps, and income multiples across the music rights sector
- Support portfolio monitoring, investor reporting, and performance analytics
- Contribute to strategic initiatives within RMP
Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, credit, or corporate development
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; advanced Excel proficiency required
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Genuine interest in music, entertainment, and intellectual property investing
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field

Base Salary: $100,000-$150,000. Candidates will be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
