Summary:
The main function of the Legal Operations Analyst is to perform a variety of legal and administrative duties in support of a business unit or specific department within an organization.
The purpose of this role is to support technological efficiencies that will allow the Sales Legal team to scale resources and empower self-service for the Sales team where possible.
This role supports the Sales Legal team with process improvement initiatives, project management and paralegal duties.

Responsibilities:

Supporting the Cases legal intake system to assist with management and prioritization of legal questions received from GBG and SBG sales teams’ advertisers’ legal teams.
Updating dashboards and providing metrics support for reports to sales and legal leadership and enabling efforts for resource creation.
Managing and updating the Legal Hub that includes internal and external documentation, resources and FAQs related to various products and legal topics.
Building and maintaining the legally-only internal knowledgebase
Drafting legal responses to Sales and external advertising inquiries
Creating training decks and providing training to Sales and legal teams if needed
Providing communications support via newsletters, posts and Hub updates on important legal, regulatory and business topics the Sale legal team is engaged in.
Coordinating legal systems and process creation/updates where necessary.

Skills and experience:

Prior experience at either an in-house legal department or a law firm.
Superior data analytical skills and distilling recommendations
Advanced user of Microsoft Excel (and knowledge of SharePoint and PowerBI)
Experience with metric driven processes and technology improvements
Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to work independently, be organized, and manage one's time.
Strong ability to create relationships with XFN teams.
Familiar with Project management process
Prior experience at a tech company
Familiarity with Tableau and other dashboarding tools

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $60.00 - $65.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
