Position Summary:

As a Part-Time Sales Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the boutique by supporting the Store Manager in driving sales, developing the team, and delivering a world-class customer experience. You’ll act as a role model, coach, and mentor for Beauty Advisors, helping to build a team that embodies the L’OCCITANE brand and values.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Service

Drive individual and team performance to meet and exceed boutique sales goals.
Foster a client-centric culture focused on delivering exceptional service.
Lead by example in customer interactions and product demonstrations.
Assist in managing VIP and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.

Team Leadership

Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of boutique team members.
Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to ensure performance and service standards are met.
Motivate and inspire the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

Operations

Support daily operations including opening/closing, stock management, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and health & safety guidelines.
Assist in scheduling and floor coverage planning to optimize productivity.

Brand Ambassador

Represent L’OCCITANE’s brand values of authenticity, respect, and sustainability.
Maintain a professional, positive, and enthusiastic presence in-store.
Stay up to date with product knowledge, brand campaigns, and promotions.

Qualifications:

2+ years of retail experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
Proven ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness products.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management is a plus.
