We have built an AI measurement platform for the home renovation and construction industries and are growing at rocketship speed.
Billions of dollars are lost every year because homes and projects are measured inaccurately. From windows and doors to full renovations, every project depends on precise dimensions. Yet, most of the industry still relies on tape measures, manual drawings, or outdated workflows.
Medida turns a simple smartphone scan into manufacturer-grade 3D measurements—empowering sales reps, installers, and homeowners to get projects right the first time. We’re already powering national partnerships with some of the largest players in windows, doors, and home improvement. The opportunity is massive, the problems are unsolved, and we need a Chief of Staff to help us scale.
The Role
As Chief of Staff, you will be the strategic right hand to the CEO and founding team. You’ll drive company-defining initiatives, support client relationships, participate in sales, and create the operating foundation that positions Medida as the measurement standard for the industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves seamlessly between high-level strategy and tactical execution, and wants to play a defining role in shaping a company’s trajectory.
What You’ll Do
- Lead special projects that accelerate growth—enterprise pilots, operational scale, partnerships.
- Work directly with customers and support enterprise deals.
- Build scalable processes for revenue operations, customer success, and internal reporting.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives that connect product, go-to-market, and operations.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4+ years in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or high-growth startups.
- Proven ability to build and scale with minimal oversight.
- Exceptional communication skills—confident with executives and operators alike.
- Analytical and structured thinker who can bring order to fast-moving, 0-to-1 environments.
