We are searching for a talented Junior Interior Designer to join us and grow within a collaborative, family friendly, and professional environment.
What You Bring
- Support the design process for custom residential projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate closely with senior designers to understand the vision & Client preferences.
- Develop elevations & details using ArchiCAD, ensuring precision and clarity.
- Make preliminary selections of materials in alignment with the stylistic intent & budget.
- Maintain attention to detail & uphold high standards of quality throughout every stage of the project.
- Communicate effectively with senior designers, team members, vendors, & clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay current with new materials, techniques, & best practices in residential design.
What We’re Asking For
- An individual who is eager to learn more, humble & driven by the success of the entire team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- At least 3 years of experience working in a residential interior design firm.
- Proficiency in CAD software (ArchiCAD, Revit, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, space planning, & material selection.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional approach.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
